By accessing or using FinanceReviews ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

FinanceReviews is an independent review platform dedicated to the financial services industry. The Platform allows users to: • Read and submit reviews of financial companies including cryptocurrency exchanges, stock brokers, forex brokers, banks, investment platforms, and other financial service providers. • View Trust Scores calculated from aggregated user reviews. • Compare financial companies side by side. • Earn points for contributing quality reviews. • Claim and manage company profiles (for verified business owners). FinanceReviews does not provide financial advice. Reviews and Trust Scores are user-generated opinions and should not be construed as professional financial guidance. Always conduct your own due diligence before making financial decisions.

To submit reviews or access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • Maintain the security of your account credentials. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the integrity of the Platform.

When submitting reviews, you agree that your content: • Reflects your genuine, first-hand experience with the company being reviewed. • Is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. • Does not contain false, misleading, or defamatory statements. • Does not include personal attacks, hate speech, or discriminatory language. • Does not contain spam, promotional content, or advertising. • Does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights. • Does not include personal information about private individuals. • Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination. Reviews that are found to be fraudulent, incentivized, or submitted by company insiders or competitors may be removed and the associated account may be banned.

FinanceReviews operates a points system to reward quality contributions. Points are awarded for: • Submitting reviews (10 points per review) • Writing your first review on a company (20 bonus points) • Writing detailed reviews of 200+ characters (15 bonus points) • Having your review verified by our moderation team (25 bonus points) • Receiving helpful votes from other users (5 points per vote) Points are for recognition purposes only and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, or any other benefit. We reserve the right to modify the points system at any time. Points may be deducted or accounts may be suspended if we determine that points were earned through fraudulent means, including submitting fake reviews or using multiple accounts.

Business owners may claim their company profile on FinanceReviews. By claiming a profile, you represent that you are an authorized representative of the company. Verified company owners may: • Upload a company logo. • Post official responses to reviews. • Update company information. Verified company owners may NOT: • Remove or alter reviews (except through our standard dispute process). • Pay to improve their Trust Score or average rating. • Suppress negative reviews. Misrepresentation in a company claim may result in permanent removal from the Platform and legal action.

The Platform, including its design, algorithms, software, and content created by FinanceReviews, is owned by FinanceReviews and protected by intellectual property laws. By submitting reviews or other content to the Platform, you grant FinanceReviews a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform. You retain ownership of your content. You may request deletion of your reviews by contacting us, subject to our data retention policies.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TRUST GURU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. TRUST GURU IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY REVIEWS OR CONTENT SUBMITTED BY USERS. REVIEWS REPRESENT THE OPINIONS OF INDIVIDUAL USERS AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUST GURU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. TRUST GURU DOES NOT ENDORSE ANY FINANCIAL COMPANY LISTED ON THE PLATFORM. TRUST SCORES ARE CALCULATED ALGORITHMICALLY FROM USER REVIEWS AND DO NOT REPRESENT TRUST GURU'S OPINION OF ANY COMPANY.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in London, England. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
