Tips for Writing Great Reviews
Be Specific
Instead of 'great platform', say 'The mobile app is fast and the fee structure is transparent — I paid 0.1% per trade with no hidden charges.'
Mention the Context
Tell readers what type of account you have, how long you've been a customer, and what you primarily use the service for.
Address Customer Service
How did the company handle problems? Fast, helpful support is a major factor in overall satisfaction.
