How do I write a review?

Sign in to your account, navigate to the company you want to review, and click 'Write a Review'. You'll be asked to rate the company from 1 to 5 stars and write a detailed review. You can also add pros and cons, indicate how long you've used the service, and optionally verify your experience.

Can I edit or delete my review?

Yes. You can edit your review at any time from your profile page. If you want to delete a review, you can do so from your review history. Note that deleted reviews are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

No. Reviewing your own employer, a company you have a financial interest in, or a direct competitor is a violation of our Terms of Service. Such reviews will be removed and the account may be suspended.

A verified review is one that our moderation team has confirmed comes from a genuine user with real experience with the company. Verified reviews carry more weight in our Trust Score calculation and are displayed with a verification badge.

The Trust Score (0–100) is calculated using three factors: Average Rating Quality (60% weight), Review Volume (20% weight, scaled logarithmically), and Review Recency (20% weight, with reviews in the last 90 days carrying more weight). The algorithm is designed to be resistant to manipulation and to reflect genuine user sentiment.

Can a company pay to improve their Trust Score?

Absolutely not. Trust Scores are calculated algorithmically from user reviews and cannot be purchased or influenced by companies. Any company that attempts to manipulate their Trust Score through fake reviews or other means will be removed from the platform.

Why does a company with fewer reviews sometimes have a higher Trust Score?

A company with fewer but very recent, highly-rated reviews may score higher than a company with many older, mixed reviews. Our algorithm weights recency and quality heavily to ensure Trust Scores reflect current performance rather than historical reputation.

How do I earn points?

You earn points by contributing quality reviews: 10 points for submitting a review, 20 bonus points for your first review of a company, 15 bonus points for detailed reviews (200+ characters), 25 bonus points when your review is verified, and 5 points for each helpful vote your review receives.

What can I do with my points?

Points are used to calculate your reviewer level (Newcomer, Contributor, Trusted, Expert, Elite). Higher levels unlock a badge on your profile that signals to other users that you are a trusted, experienced reviewer. Points currently have no monetary value.

Can I lose points?

Yes. Points may be deducted if reviews are removed for violating our guidelines, or if we detect fraudulent activity such as using multiple accounts or submitting fake reviews.

How do I claim my company profile?

Navigate to your company's profile page and click 'Claim this company'. You'll need to verify your identity as an authorized representative of the company. Once approved, you'll be able to upload a logo, post official responses to reviews, and update company information.

No. Verified company owners cannot remove reviews. You can flag reviews that you believe violate our guidelines, and our moderation team will review them. You can also post an official response to any review to provide your perspective.

Once your company profile is claimed and verified, you'll see a 'Reply as Company' button beneath each review on your company's profile page. Responses are marked as 'Official Company Response' so users know they come from the business.

How do I upload a company logo?

After claiming your company profile, hover over the logo area on your company's profile page and click the upload icon. We accept JPEG, PNG, WebP, and SVG files up to 2MB.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from your profile settings. Your personal information will be deleted within 30 days. Your reviews will be anonymized and remain on the platform as part of the public record, unless you specifically request their removal.
