Lots of room for improvement
Let down by this service. Started well but quality has declined. Response times from support have gotten worse, there have been several unexplained outages, and some features that worked before now seem broken.

Best decision I made was switching to this platform. The migration was seamless, the interface is far superior to what I was using before, and the fees are significantly lower. I only wish I had made the switch sooner.
