Poor customer support
Below my expectations. The onboarding process was unnecessarily complicated, verification took over a week, and when I finally got access the platform was less feature-rich than their marketing suggested. Not impressed.

Brilliant service, will use again
Best decision I made was switching to this platform. The migration was seamless, the interface is far superior to what I was using before, and the fees are significantly lower. I only wish I had made the switch sooner.
