How We Calculate Trust Scores
Our Trust Score (0–100) is a proprietary algorithm that considers three key factors to give the most accurate representation of a company's trustworthiness.
Average Rating Quality
The weighted average of all star ratings, with verified reviews carrying more weight.
Review Volume
The number of reviews, scaled logarithmically so that companies with more reviews score higher.
Review Recency
Recent reviews (within 90 days) carry more weight, ensuring scores reflect current performance.
Consistently outstanding service with very high reviewer satisfaction.
Strong performance with most customers reporting positive experiences.
Generally positive but with some areas for improvement.
Mixed reviews with significant room for improvement.
